Imagehyper reserves the right to remove any digital content that compromises security of our dedicated servers or uses excessive bandwidth.

All files are © to their respective owners. Though Imagehyper's staff continously and vigilantly monitors the types of images uploaded to its servers, Imagehyper is not responsible for the content of any uploaded files, nor is it in affiliation with any entities that may be represented in the uploaded files.

You agree not to use Imagehyper's Service to:

Upload child pornography. Uploaders' IP addresses will be reported to the proper authorities such as the FBI and Interpol, his account will be banned and any earnings removed. This includes images of minors of any kind, doesn't matter if they're dressed. Simply put: if you upload a picture of a minor you are automatically liable of having your account banned and earnings removed, and all your data will be handed to the FBI or any other authority that should request it.
Upload images that infringe on the copyrights of any entity. This includes, but is not limited to, copyrighted photographs, as well as files for which user lacks usage and distribution permissions.
Upload or make available any Content that spreads messages of terror or depicts torture or death-images; if serious enough, the content will be reported to the appropriate legal authority and/or the member's ISP will be contacted
We do not permit shock gore such as prolapse, bestiality, scatological content such as urine or feces, discriminatory comments, or any depiction of a minor in an adult or sexual situation. This includes animated or illustrated depictions of a minor on a site that contains nudity, or pictures of a clothed minor on a site that contains nudity
In practice: common sense and proper behavior is expected from our users..post normal stuff and you won't have any problems!

Earnings and Member Banning

We reserve the right to ban and remove the earnings of a user that is cheating our system, is causing damage to our servers, is damaging the image of our service etc
Any member found spamming other websites, blatantly breaking third-party forum rules or otherwise causing grief to site owners or members may be banned and his earnings removed, at our discretion, since we do not wish to be associated with rude members or spammers
Any member found putting "XXX - Adult" images in the "Family-Friendly" section will be immediately banned and his earnings removed
Ignorance of any of our rules is not an excuse for improper behavior
Ultimately, we reserve the right to ban and remove the earnings of any member we believe is damaging our system, at our discretion

DMCA Notices

Our policy is to consider All DMCA abuse reports and take appropriate action as soon as possible.

A Proper DMCA Notice will notify Imagehyper of particular facts in a document signed under penalty of perjury. We refer to this as a “Proper DMCA Notice.” To Write a Proper DMCA notice, please provide the following information:

Identify yourself as either:
The owner of a copyrighted work(s), or
A person “authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.”
State your contact information, including your TRUE NAME, street address, telephone number, and email address.
Identify the copyrighted work that you believe is being infringed, or if a large number of works are appearing at a single website, a representative list of the works.
Identify the material that you claim is infringing your copyrighted work, to which you are requesting that Imagehyper disable access over the World Wide Web.
Identify the location of the material on the World Wide Web by providing “information reasonably sufficient to permit Imagehyper to locate the material.”
State that you have “a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agents, or the law.”
State that the information in the notice is accurate, under penalty of perjury.
