- What rules must I follow? Why have I been banned?
- To provide the highest payouts to you we need to be reliable and reputable with our advertisers, so all users are required to follow these simple rules:
- Please refer to our terms of service page and read the rules carefully. We ban accounts that do not follow them
- Can we hotlink to the large image, skipping the "image page"?
- No, hotlinking is strictly prohibited, and it is completely pointless for the following reasons:
- You will not earn anything by hotlinking to the image, so you'd be much more clever to link to the image page
- We have a system in place that makes it technically impossible to hotlink, as the image URL changes every few minutes to a new, random one
- When and how can I request a payment?
- At the moment, you can request a payment once you reach 5$, not including the earnings from today (for security reasons). When you reach the minimum payout, a new button will appear in your earnings page, allowing you to "request" a payment to the staff.
- When I click on the "request payment" button, nothing happens..what can I do?
- That is a known bug with some very popular firefox plugins. Try requesting your payment with a different browser, it should work
- Why do some of my folders have a "lock" icon and a green name?
- The lock icon indicates that folder has been set to private, and users must enter a password to see images contained there. The green name indicates that "gallery mode" is enabled on that folder, which means users can browse its contents
- I have too many folders, how can I hide the ones I don't use to keep my "My Images" page more organized?
- In your folders page you can change the settings of every single folder and hide it from view, so you can effectively store images in some folders and use them as "archives" if you don't use them often..
